Ciélo is one of the Bifrost Terminal players who came from TerranLeya, right from the City of Kvartz as he saw the note from Cain, in hope that he will find either magic stones, crystals or anything magic of sorts that can enhance his power as he helps Cain in the Terminal.

---

City of Kvartz...a place that was once prosperous and flourishing, with quite advanced magical technology. Unfortunately, the prosperity didn't last forever - one day, the city got under attack by a powerful aerian fleet, lead by a merciless fellow. Any traces of his appearance were mostly unknown, the only thing that is certain about them is their name, which is *The Iron Shield.*

The Iron Shield and their army has taken most of their life resources as they spared no one who sat in their way. The Kvartz army barely made it to protect what had remained from the city to not be fully conquered...and what had remained were mostly wounded and dead Kvartz civilians, along with many houses and buildings in ruins. Since that day, the City of Kvartz got into indefinite lockdown, no longer permitting outsiders to visit it. The city has become with the years a refugee for the ones remained alive from the incident, training to become rouges, thieves and anything alike, and learned to regain their resources...but from stealing others' instead.

In this kind of environment was raised Ciélo, a Rokkhard who has become one of the most infamous outlaws of TerranLeya, being known for "collecting" magic stones and crystals, sometimes even artifacts. The reason? To enhance his power of course - at least this what he always states when he's asked this question. But why does he wants to enhance his power so badly you may wonder? There could be many answers to this question at this point, most of them being likely incorrect...although some theorize that Ciélo does this as an act of revenge towards *a certain someone*...hmmmmmm 🤔✨.

#### How did he got in the Terminal? 

September 30th 4xxx, the day when our Rokkhard sneaked in a village of the fortified Empire of Niskkar from the skies as he found out about an exhibit in which, among other artifacts, it was presented the no other but the Stone Summoner - an ancient magic stone which became extinct to the point that it remained one exemplary in the entire TerranLeya. And for some reason, Ciélo reached it out and stole it as per usual. How did he got out alive from the Norr guards? Only he knows...he's not gonna tell us anyway 😂 *(like what have gotten in your mind that he will EVER do THAT???)*

After yet another successful stealth, Ciélo returned to the City of Kvartz, and he was just about to put it into the City's Archive, until two Kvartzian children that he had encountered several times came to him, showing him a flyer that they found while flying their kite. Ciélo got curious and asked them if they can show the flyer they got. As he looked closer, Ciélo saw that the flyer was more like a note - a note of help from the one and only Cain Salvatori who was asking for help with Bifrost Terminal and it's spirits and ghosts. At first, he raised his eyebrow at the words "spirits" and "ghosts" (especially at the latter), but after a deeper thought, he thought that if this "Bifrost Terminal" is filled with such things as spirits and ghosts, then that place is definitely not an ordinary one, which means that he might also find something *very* helpful for himself...maybe a stone, a crystal, probably even an artifact, who knows ?

With this, Ciélo thanked the kids for showing the note as he kept it to himself, the next day being rested and ready enough to go to the Bifrost Terminal and help Cain out. Unironically enough, he doesn't know what's actually awaiting him once he enters...

#### ✦ On the surface

Ciélo is well known for his daring and rather cocky attitude in combat and towards the public - attitude that sometimes doesn't lead him very far, although he succeeds on escaping out alive. Outside combat and in socializing he's easy-going and nonchalant, in some cases he can be rather rude - it honestly depends on the individual.   
Ciélo lowkey doesn't like to have his abilities underestimated, as well as not accepting any loss in battles - he can be very competitive. He also relies a lot, maybe a bit too much on his magic stones and crystals, which of course, it won't lead him too far sometimes.

If you get enough under his skin, Ciélo can go straightforward and be very much of a dick - he tends to be really harsh when he's pissed of and he'll behave as he's right, even though he's not necessarily.

#### ✧ Beneath the surface 

Beneath his standoff-ish persona, Ciélo is really insecure about himself due to the many battles that he has taken part to and the events he has witnessed. Something inside him tells him that he needs something...but he's not sure what, or *who* and he's trying to cope with that need and insecurity with his daily of "collecting" magic stones and crystals.

If you actually get to know him better, Ciélo may reveal a kinder version of himself, which is more loyal that it shows to everyone else. He's also less stubborn, reckless and nonchalant, and overall it's just a guy who needs some good company like everyone else. He also really cares for people who's close with, whether being a friend or a significant other, although he wishes to show that more properly than he usually does.

Ciélo seems to be agile enough to not be easy target to hit.

#### ✦ Dexterity 

*If only you'd know into how much this body of his went through...* Ciélo has built enough physical resistance so he cannot be taken down easily despite his physical aspect. Yes, it still hurts somehow, but he kinda of numbed it with the time.

#### ✦ Fast learner

He may not have anything spectacular such as magic skills, but at least he has a memory which is brilliant enough to memorize gimmicks and fighting styles - from where the reason why Ciélo succeeded getting away from TerranLeya's protection forces this whole time.

#### ✦Special Skill : Power Enhancement

**There is a way with how Ciélo can activate the powers of his stones and crystals.** How though ? He has an <span style="text-decoration: underline;">*Ephortta*</span> - a power rune tattooed on his back with which he can connect to and activate the powers of any stone or crystal he wants to use. Apparently, he can also enhance anything that uses power, electric, magic or otherwise, in order to function. (i.e think of him lighting up a lightbulb with the simple act of holding it as he has the power of the rune active)  
This skill of his however comes with the cost of his energy - if he uses the rune powers intensely enough, Ciélo would feel signs of fatigue and exhaustion as an usage after-effect. The more time and more intensely he uses it, the more exhausted will be at the end. There have been a few cases when he used the power rune enough that he nearly fainted.

He has a good set of magic stones and crystals that he collected over the time and brought with him in the terminal. He keeps them into a bag.

<span style="text-decoration: underline;">**Content**</span>

- 20× explosive pebbles. The name pretty much says it all. The effect is similar to a small bomb. Those are single use only and the only type of magic stone that he didn't steal, as those can be found easily in TerranLeya.
- 3× light crystals. They're used as a light source in the dark, of course. Those need solar light in order to be recharged. The recharge takes from 6 to 8 hours.
- 1× healing emerald. These are rare to find, and from what's known, they're single use only, so Ciélo keeps it for emergencies only.
- 1× Stone of Wings (also known as an Amkar). Once worn, the user will get a pair of wings which can carry them wherever they want through any type of environment. It can be used only for one flight, after that, an 18 hours recharge is necessary.
- 2× mottos (or fire pebbles). Put one of these in your pocket and it can offer you warmth for 2 hours. Depending on the environment, the recharge can take from half an hour to 1-2 days.
- 1× water pod. A magic stone which its empty inside is filled with water. Once consumed, wait for an hour to get refilled with water. (Cool right ✨?)
- 1× Storm Summoner. It happens to have stolen this stone in the same day he received Cain's letter, ending up remaining in his pocket. This stone is detachable and if you rub properly the halves between each other...then you might summon a storm strong enough to lift up an entire house. Its recharging time is very long, so it's pretty much for emergencies only as well.

**Lyra -** aware of her, will most likely avoid contact due to how aggressive she could be. If in contact, he'll be very cautious to not startle her.

He gives quite the reporter kinda vibe on his behalf - it was enough to observe the *reporters* of his world just enough to know that they can't be entirely trusted. ### Usage Notes

1. You are OBVIOUSLY allowed to make fanart of him! (like DUUUUUH 😜✨)  
    \- This also applies for including him in your audition.
2. I allow friendships with him ofc!
3. Shipping is allowed as well, although I'd prefer to ask and talk with me about it before you do a move.
4. NSFW is disallowed, both from itself and due to personal boundaries.
5. BTOCT version of Ciélo will also have heavily suggestive fanwork disallowed, mostly for the sake of this OCT, although I don't mind if it's something mild / mild implications, all that stuff. (apparently this OCT is 16+, so...)
6. No heavy or graphic/irl gore!
7. Don't change the skin and / or clothing colors and body type while doing fanwork of any kind with him!
8. Rule 7 towards the clothing color can be excepted if you draw Ciélo in an alternate outfit, I allow that!
9. You can *kill* Ciélo in your entries if you feel so. Just don't make it violent, gory, all of that... (this is up to debate btw!!)
