Personality
Jupiter has a massive personality to make up for their tiny size. They are often a little gremlin of squeaking anger, known to arch their back and hop around like a kitten trying to appear bigger than they are. If someone shows them respect, however, Jupiter will instantly want to assist and stick around them.

Abilities

Jupiter is a very fast skittering lil guy. While they can't fly, they can use their speed to get fast enough to glide from a higher place to a lower one via their frills.
✦ Gliding
Given enough speed, Jupiter can use their frills to glide. They cannot fly, however.
✦ Spitfire
While it only has the power of a candle's flame, Jupiter's breath can produce multicolored flames.

Jupiter doesn't have much in the way of physical fighting prowess, but they do have their speed and cleverness.
