The protection forces haven't succeeded in catching him as he stole (or collected as he prefers to say) magic stones and crystals from temples, houses and even archives.  He lives in the City of Kvartz, a city that was once prosper, but due to an incident, the city has been locked down, being mostly a refugee for a group of rouges, thieves and outlaws like him. Since he was a kid, Ciélo has been trained to be what he is today in order to find the thing that destroyed his homeland and get revenge on it.

Ciélo is well known for his daring and rather cocky attitude in combat and towards the public - attitude that sometimes doesn't lead him very far, although he succeeds on escaping out alive. Outside combat and in socializing he's easy-going and nonchalant, in some cases he can be rather rude.
Ciélo lowkey doesn't like to have his abilities underestimated, as well as not accepting any loss in battles - he can be very competitive.

Beneath his standoff-ish persona, Ciélo is really insecure about himself due to the many battles that he has taken part to and the events he has witnessed. Something inside him tells him that he needs something...but he's not sure what, or who and he's trying to cope with that need and insecurity with his daily of "collecting" magic stones and crystals.
