Corey is Sheri's loyal partner. He is a member of the Defiants. A pirate/expedition group that specializes in piracy and exploration. Mostly the former than the latter.
Table of ContentsBackstoryCorey the Fox doesn't know much about his childhood or past. He remembers bits and pieces, but nothing concrete. The only definitive thing Corey remembers of his past was a traveling circus that he was a former member of. He doesn't know what he did in the circus no matter how hard he tries. That and also fixing technology of any sort. His past in the circus is not something that he tells openly. Even Sheri has a hard time figuring out what Corey did in the circus.
What happened was really murky, some say it was a trick gone wrong. Others say it was sabotage. Corey can't remember what happened, but it resulted in him entering a coma for an unknown number of years. This coma lasted until he was discovered by Sheri, an explorer/pirate and woken up using a method he doesn't recognize. After being woken up by Sheri, he grew attached to the purple cat and followed her everywhere she went, which annoyed Sheri at first. It was a rocky start, with the two not getting along and even fighting and breaking things. When Sheri got kidnapped, Corey went to rescue Sheri, which wasn't easy, and he didn't even know how he pulled some of the stuff he did off, but the rescue was successful. This rescue resulted in Sheri and Corey bonding like siblings and the two became loyal and reliable partners ever since. Corey has been trained by Sheri every day, teaching him how to fight and use some abilities while Corey taught Sheri how to be kinder. As for Corey's multi colored fur, he doesn't know how he ended up having that fur. He thinks he's born with it, but the red and blue fur isn't natural. |

Personality
Calm, collected, and really friendly. He is not a fox who holds grudges and forgives really easily, sometimes to the detriment of his own good. He's also more extroverted and more open to conversations than Sheri is. Which also means he is more easier to talk to than Sheri. Corey's trusting nature does get the better of him though. Sheri's the reason why he's not a pushover.

Abilities
✦ Light Ability
Corey's light ability is capable of lighting things when it gets dark. The light abilities are also good at healing things, but only minor injuries, scratches, or bruises.
✦ Dark Ability
Corey's dark ability is capable of fighting and attacks, which is rare. Corey mostly uses it as a shield against enemies and as a way to temporarily blind enemies while he and Sheri escape.
✦ Glow
Corey sometimes produces a deep glow. Sometimes, it's dark. Sometimes, it's bright. Corey doesn't have any control of when it activates though.
Skills & Stats
Technology is the one thing Corey excels at. Whether it is the simplest hardware to the most complex circuits, Corey is capable of fixing anything. Could be from Corey's circus days, but he doesn't know how he learned these abilities.

He is good at protecting people and defending things using whatever things he can find. He is really resourceful in that regard.
His potential for light and dark abilities is really big and its potential has yet to be reached. How big they can be is unknown, but Corey doesn't know his own abilities yet.
✧ Imperative Weaknesses
Corey cannot fight. He just can't. It's because Corey doesn't like violence and tends to freeze up whenever people get hurt. Any attempts for Sheri to teach him how to fight has ended in terrible failure.
Corey's memory is bad. He can't recollect things very often and he doesn't remember his own childhood very well. He has to be reminded of things multiple times in order to remember things.
